Lauren Jauregui Says Romantic Rumors About Her and Camila Cabello Were "So Traumatizing" and "Disgustingly Uncomfortable"

In a video chat with Becky G, Lauren Jauregui opened up about the long lasting rumors that she was in a romantic relationship with ex-Fifth Harmony member, Camila Cabello.

Camren (Lauren and Camila’s romantic ship name) was probably the most highly requested topic during this series. We talked about it part 2 and since then, we’ve spoken about it in some other posts as you can see down below:
In 2016, my source told me that Lauren and Camila had some sort of romantic relationship.

That was in October 24, 2016 and then less than a month later on November 19, 2016, Lauren came out as bi after previously denying it:
Also, peep the part from my post where I say, “Camila and Lauren sure as hell didn’t want their management to know since they [management] would advise against any sort of coming out while the group is still intact.” Yeah, that later got confirmed in September 2017 when Lauren states that her team advised her against coming out.
Just throwing some credibility points in there.
By the way, when I spoke about their management advising against coming out, it was in response to the fans that attacked me at the time and said “well cAMrEn wAS a puBLIciTy sTUnt” and tried to tell me I know nothing.

It really never ages well for stans who doubt me.
Let me shut up and just pick up from where Lauren left off in her interview. And before we start, we put a new code of morality in place a few years ago so we no longer out anyone.
What Lauren Said:
Lauren went IN DETAIL about how uncomfortable all the shippers made her feel when they made clips and videos showing how her and Camila were being romantic with each other when she claims it was all being taken out of context. She also said that the rumors traumatized her.
One thing that I wanted to also discuss was when she said that the whole thing made her feel like a predator… that’s um.. a strong word. I’m not going to tell Lauren how to feel and she is entitled to whatever she is feeling, but I definitely think that’s her own insecurity because to say that fans shipping you someone made you feel like a predator, is a little dramatic for the situation.
So a lot of you were confused on Instagram and Twitter because she HEAVILY denied the situation with detail. I spoke about this on my Instagram earlier (follow me on exposingsmgblog) but I said that I think Lauren wanted to talk about how the Camren thing made her feel but at the same time she couldn’t confirm the story because she would out Camila.
Camila who is in a fake relationship with Shawn Mendes, yes that one.
This wasn’t the first time that Lauren denied whatever she had with Camila. In 2017, she replied to a tweet talking about Camren and said:
When my source told me about them in 2016, she described it as something that was very private.
When “Camren” was put under a microscope, both of them were under a lot of pressure because every move was analyzed by Camren shippers. It was a huge thing and tbh, I called a lot of them delusional until I found out that there was some truth to the fantasies after all.
It’s not really something we should expect Lauren or Camila to open up about because they don’t owe us an explanation. Also, I agree with a lot of the things that Lauren said in the video and she has a very valid point.
However, just because she denies it, doesn’t mean it’s not true. She went on a whole rant on Tumblr about how she wasn’t bisexual and then she later came out.
And sexuality is a very sensitive topic and of course, she doesn’t owe anyone an explanation, but I am just clearing up this whole thing because my source has previously said that there was some truth to the romantic relationship between Camila and Lauren.
To add onto that, Camila and Lauren aren’t exactly on friendly terms so I feel like it says a lot with how passionately Lauren talks about something and someone that she hasn’t been publicly seen with in YEARS. Maybe she doesn’t claim Camila’s ass anymore and this is her way of showing it?
Also, Lauren is very triggered by the whole Camren thing and I was recently watching Shallon Lester’s video where she was speaking about how to handle some life experience or something, and she spoke about how if you’re triggered by something, there is some truth/something there that CAUSES that trigger.
Obviously that can be applied personally, but also definitely in the case of celebrities when you see them get all fired up about something that they swear is not true.
Or if you catch a friend in a lie and they keep on talking and building this lie up because they got triggered when you questioned them.
Meanwhile when you know the truth, you’re more “unbothered” about a situation hence why I enjoy a lot of mental breakdowns that stans have whenever I say something.
Going back to Lauren and Camila, why do you think they don’t speak anymore? There is a lot of sensitivity and history between them that wasn’t just about Camila sticking a knife in the entire group’s back. There’s more that went onto it especially since they were both very close.
I never really followed along with them so I don’t know what’s public information, but some stans claim that they both allude to each other in their songs. Here’s one example:
