We, unfortunately, meet again, even after I threatened everyone that I wasn’t going to post about Jelena ever again.
There have been a couple of misunderstandings with Jelena’s 2017/2018 reunion and where Hailey Bieber comes in.
After accidentally revealing some tea that was a missing puzzle piece in Jelena’s history, I am here to give you all a cohesive update.
Either understand the story or don’t. I don’t need to keep getting harassed for a relationship that has been dead for more than a decade.
Posting about Jelena or Jailey always feels like it’s a lose-lose game cause everyone is too emotionally attached to comprehend information.
This post will provide a lot of information about the Jelena reunion of 2017-2018.

The 2018 Jelena post was mysteriously deleted on Tumblr, the 2018 Jailey post is her sister, and she’s still standing strong.
We will start from 2017 and continue until the present, and then I will do a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ segment at the end.

After Selena Gomez underwent a challenging kidney transplant surgery in the summer of 2017, she broke her contractual obligations with The Weeknd and met up with her ex-Justin Bieber.

Selena and The Weeknd started “dating” in January 2017 and she met up with Justin Bieber publicly in October 2017. Thus breaking the one-year contract for her PR relationship with The Weeknd.
We have exposed in the past that Selena’s team blackmailed Abel (The Weeknd) into a PR relationship with Selena because she wanted a new “bad-girl” image and he was a perfect contender.
He wanted out of the contract so he had no issue “breaking up” with her a few days after she was seen with Justin.
Justin and Selena have had one of the most toxic and publicized relationships in Hollywood.
Everything that could go wrong, went wrong in that relationship.
Emotional manipulation from both sides, physical altercations from Selena’s side, multiple rehab trips, sex addictions, codependency on drugs, public feuds, parental involvement... basically EVERYTHING you can think of.
So it was natural that some people in their lives did not want them back together.
For Selena, it was close friends and her mother who didn’t approve of them together.
For Justin’s, it was close friends, his old manager Scooter Braun (he HATED Selena…RIP Sustin relationship), and funny enough his pastor Judah Smith.
Judah Smith used to be a huge Jelenator.
He was getting way too involved as a “religious figure” and often telling them to work things out, but even he knows when something is polluted by the devil.
Then he found out how much drugs Justin and Selena would do together and he wanted them to be away from each other.
My source said that Judah wanted Justin to be married and for it to NOT be Selena.
Some toxic people in their lives wanted Jelena to work out such as… Carl Lentz!
Carl and Selena had a deal that whenever the topic of Jelena came up, Carl would tell Justin that he was meant to be with Selena and that God wanted him with Selena.
Why does God want Justin with Selena? Well according to Carl, Selena humbles Justin and makes him a better person.
It was all BS because Carl wanted to exploit Justin AND Selena (does she ever do anything productive?) for Hillsong Church.
Justin desperately wanted a father figure and saw one in Carl Lentz. All Carl saw was money.
If you recall, Justin and Selena were attending Hillsong Church as if their lives depended on it. They made a scam church a spectacle and brought it millions of dollars.
If you think about it, it all boils down to Hillsong Chruch being a cult and controlling aspects of Justin and Selena’s lives, which is why they were too involved in personal details.
Pastors like Carl wanted Jelena together because 1/2 of Jelena promised to give Hillsong whatever attention they needed if they could constantly manipulate Justin into believing Selena was always gonna be “the one” for him.
This was revealed in the now-deleted Jelena 2018 post.
Justin doesn't need much convincing when it comes to giving Selena another chance.
Her almost dying in the summer of 2017 because of her surgery was enough convincing to have him open his arms and doors.
Now remember how I said these two were extremely toxic? Well, you see, they knew they could only be together without killing each other if it was an open relationship.
That way, it’s not so much pressure.
Ever since their breakup in November of 2012, Justin and Selena NEVER got back together no matter how many meet-ups we had to be graced with.
It was only in 2017 and 2018 that we got the closest thing possible to them being together again.
Understand? Good.
You don’t understand? That’s too bad.
So being in an open relationship meant that Selena could talk to other people and Justin could talk to other people. This is something that Hailey eventually confirmed years after we said it.
Who did Justin start talking to? Hailey Baldwin.
When did Justin start talking to Hailey again? December 2017.
Understand? Amazing!
You don’t understand? Too bad, cause we are moving on.
Justin chooses to talk to Hailey and patch things up with her in the midst of Hailey finally moving on.
This was from November 2017 before Justin contacted Hailey again. My source already predicted Justin was going to contact Hailey because that’s what he does when things go wrong with Selena.
Hailey was so into Justin she would’ve taken any opportunity to patch things up with him but she isn’t as dumb as you guys wish her to be.
Also, y’all gotta give Hailey her flowers because the moment Justin smells that she is moving on from him, he goes crazy.
So he clearly likes the chase and likes her back. (Yeah, I know I said their marriage has a lot of miserable moments but we are talking about 2018.)
When Selena gets a whiff that Justin is talking to Hailey again, she starts to flip out on him and they both go to couples therapy.
Justin is very logical like “Bro, you know we are allowed to talk to other people” and Selena is very emotional thinking she owns Justin as per usual.
In Selena’s head, she wants to have all the control. Meaning she knows no matter who she talks to on the side, it’s gonna always be Justin for her.
But she isn’t so confident that Justin will keep picking her since she has shown him hell and back.
She would rather that he only be with her even though they have agreed to talk to other people in the middle of their reunion.
Anyway, Selena sees Hailey in her nightmares so she takes Justin and they go to couples therapy.
You guys clowned Hailey, I told you not to clown her because behind closed doors she had Selena so threatened.
They went to couples therapy in December 2017.
When did I tell you guys Hailey and Justin started talking again? December 2017.
Do you understand or will you guys swear I confused you in the comments section and I’m being paid off by Hailey to say this?
Either way, we move.
Justin is now patching things up with Selena and Hailey, at the same time.
Why does he talk to both of them at the same time? He is conflicted because he likes both of them, and they each have something that he wants.
Selena has the nostalgic factor that Justin craves.
He misses life when he first started out in the industry, things were exciting and new. She was by his side for so many things and their relationship imprinted on him. He thinks of the good times and who is by his side? Selena.
On the other hand, Hailey has stability and care.
Justin has been played and backstabbed by so many of his closest friends and family. So he NEEDS and WANTS a stable partner. She is the girl-next-door in his eyes.
Hailey is very nurturing and Justin likes that about her. My source says because Justin has “mommy issues” he likes someone to take care of him the way Hailey has.
Hailey is the one who was always there even when he didn’t realize it.
You guys know how in One Tree Hill after Lucas puts Peyton to hell and back, he looks at her at the end of season 4 and says “It’s you, Peyton, it’s always been you” and they get together? Yeah, that’s the exact feeling Justin had with Hailey.
So Justin is having a hard time choosing which one to end up with.
He knows with Selena it’s great, but it won’t last.
One of them will mess up and drag the other one down with them. Whether that be drugs or insane jealousy, they both are too scared to give themselves to each other again.
With Hailey, it’s a promise to live a better, more stable life. He loves Hailey but he is wondering if it’s gonna be enough, or if will he mess up and embarrass her like before.
While this is all happening, these 3 all have people whispering in their ears.
Justin has Judah Smith and Scooter Braun stressed, alongside other friends who hate Selena.
Selena has her friends side-eyeing her because they have seen psychotic meltdowns over Justin, and her mother went to the hospital hearing they were back together.
Hailey has her entire family worried because they know how much she loves Justin and how messy he is. And if she gives him another chance and he ruins it as usual, she will be crushed.
On the other hand, Hailey has Kendall Jenner looking at her like “Smile!!! This is what we always wanted.”

Yes, he proposed to Selena in 2018. He… is not the brightest as I have always said.
He chose nostalgia over stability, BUT he doesn’t value it as much as we think. I will explain.
Justin proposed and Selena didn’t give him a real answer… basically, a no.

When my source told me in 2022 that Justin proposed to Selena in 2018, they said it was a little bit before his dad’s wedding.
I guess that explains why they were so happy at his dad’s wedding.
But I don’t know why they were so happy because Selena never said yes.
She gave him an ultimatum again because she was nervous about starting something real with Justin.
I think she said something like “I want this, but we have to see. You know, it’s hard. I’m scared to leap into something like this” probably something along those lines because from what I know, Justin was understanding of why Selena was so wary.
But… he also has a lot of experience with Selena keeping him looped on a thread and then threatening to cut off all contact with him.
My source didn’t realize that she would be breaking the engagement news to me in a mid-rant about how stupid Hailey’s idea was to go on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
In 2022, my source said that Hailey tried to normalize Selena in her life because she was “Justin’s best friend” but she was more than that, she was his “ex-fiancée.”
As you can see, poor me I’m shocked and I type “WHATTT”
My source says that Selena said no and, “it was this whole thing where Selena felt they should go through counseling and believing in faith because she really didn’t trust that he’d be faithful.” (team Selena? Jk Jk put your guns down)
Selena once again declined his proposal because she wasn’t as confident in his love for her and didn’t trust him.
Some of you guys think this is new information and while it is added information, it doesn’t change the foundation of Jelena and doesn’t change what I told you in the past.
It was always Selena pushing Justin away and when he does move on, she brings him back to her. ALWAYS.
Selena essentially pushed him away when she said no to the proposal because she didn’t trust him, but it was also her way of telling Justin “I don’t see a future together.”
At least, that’s how it translated to Justin because he wanted to get married and Selena was giving him mixed signals like their teenage years and it gave him PTSD of how toxic they used to be.
Justin is okay with this idea of couple counseling until he finds out that Selena is allegedly hooking up with a pastor. And not just any pastor. HIS pastor.
Don’t ask me which pastor.
And in the midst of all of that, she is feeding Hillsong stories about a Jelena wedding and letting them push that info to the media.
This is what my source said in 2018 (message from the 2018 Jailey post) and it sums up why Jelena crashed and burned when it did.
Selena was going around giving him rules about what he needed to change and she was proving herself to be the same conniving girl he once knew.
Let’s summarize:
She said no to his proposal.
She was hooking up with his pastor.
She was feeding people stories that they were getting married and that’s why the paparazzi were asking him if he was going to propose.
She was alerting the paparazzi about their whereabouts.
She was making business deals with their cult church.
Now you tell me, what you would do after you find all this shit out.
So he dipped and fully devoted himself to Hailey. Remember that little excerpt from the Jailey post that said Justin leaned on Hailey and used their relationship to further bother Selena?
After he was done with Selena, he devoted himself to Hailey.
They got married. Carl was angry about it because his little spy was no longer in Justin’s life.
He goes “uhhh sure” when asked if Justin has his blessing to marry Hailey. He was at their wedding probably seething lol
Selena would often spill details about Justin’s life to certain people who had a power imbalance over Justin like a pastor or his mother.
So he clearly lost his mind when it came to dealing with Selena.

But as my source said, Kendall told her she would be crazy to say no to him after all they did to make her a Bieber.

Hailey didn’t force Justin to marry her, he came to her on his own.
There is actually a crazy story about that and I’m telling you guys now, so you don’t freak out about it when I accidentally reveal it in 2028. Truth be told, we are still gathering the pieces to that story so hold tight till I find them.
Anyway, this is the most cohesive storytelling of the 2017-2018 Jelena/Jailey reunion.
The media themselves don’t know this much and I bet random people under Jelena Tiktoks are dying to hear these details that aren’t out there so there you have it.

Simple. I forgot that it was never revealed and a different source at the time said to keep it between us due to the climate of the situation.
When I accidentally revealed it, I realized I owed you guys an explanation and enough time had passed.
I was shocked to learn about it in 2022 and you guys were already in time out at the time.

Jelenators and the media have always fed into the theory that Justin had proposed and this is also because Selena was leaking that information to randoms who would spread it on social media.
When I was asked about it, I would always answer “not that I know of, according to my knowledge.” My knowledge was updated in 2022.
I can’t confirm anything on a feeling unless a source tells me because I run a public blog and I’m held accountable for the information I post.
This is why I allow you to run rampant with your theories in the comment sections, but I can only publish information I can physically prove (source texts, emails, or any sort of evidence).
Does this change anything you said about Jelena and their reunion?
No, as I have always said Selena pushed Justin away with her games and he freaked out and married Hailey.
Selena always thought she would marry Justin at the end but constantly fighting with him also pushed him away.
Selena almost lost her life because she lost him.
It’s in every Jelena/Jailey post.
The only missing detail was the proposal.
If you notice, anytime I talk about Selena’s downfall post-2018 I always say “She could’ve had Justin but she chose to play games” because in my mind I’m forgetting that the proposal isn’t public news.
I also swore to keep you guys on time out and not give you any more Jelena posts AND I kept my promise.
The only Jelena-related posts you guys got were when Selena was camping under Jelena Tiktoks and commenting on them while harassing Hailey.

The real story is actually more dramatic. The worst part is I already told you guys about this and the fact that you all forgot and accused me of deleting things to hide “contradictions” is why you are all on time out.
The Jelena post from 2018 was mysteriously deleted by Tumblr. It was my final strike with that platform because as I suspected, posts were getting deleted without any violation… something I blamed on Selena and her publicists.
I already explained that if my posts were to keep going missing, I was gonna move to my OWN platform and expose from there.
I kept my promise and moved to this platform.
The old comment section got removed because haters were camping under it harassing readers and everyone begged me to find a solution.
It would be a post about someone random and there would be over 1k comments, half of them about Jailey and Jelena.
It started fights and people’s questions would get jumbled in Jelena nonsense.
You guys have the privilege of reading a blog that is right every single time. So you don’t understand what it’s like to have an update to a story that slightly changes courses.

Well, considering the fact that this is one of my sources from 2013 (12 years if you know how to count)m I’d say we are safe with believing this info. This is the same source who told us in 2016 that Justin would eventually marry Hailey.
