Justin Bieber and Usher's beef becomes public: “You didn’t protect me!” (exclusive info)

This photo of Justin Bieber and Usher is not real, but their beef definitely is.

A couple of days ago, TMZ reported that Usher and Justin got into it at Beyoncé and Jay Z’s Oscars after party.

Some sources said that it ended up as a fist fight between the two but sources connected to Justin, told TMZ that “Usher came up to him at the party with "energy and anger," and the two got into a "heated exchange” … There was no physical contact but it was intense.

Justin has been trying to erase everyone in his past, and one source claims that Justin has always been rude to Usher, while another one says Justin feels like Usher didn’t protect him in the music industry.

It’s unclear what the argument was about… although it didn’t drag on.

According to sources, the only reason the altercation didn’t become physical was due to respect for the hosts, Jay Z and Beyoncé.

For those who have been keeping up with Justin’s story here on Scandalous Media, this should not come as a surprise if you’ve been a reader all these years, especially since not many thought to look at Usher in the height of the Diddy drama.

Back in December 2024, Scandalous Media sources told us exclusively that while everyone is looking at Diddy as the source of abuse toward Justin… people should probably shift their attention to Usher, who allegedly abused him… a story we’ve heard for a better half of a decade now.

In that post, we talk about everyone who has ever used Justin, from parents to church leaders to ex-girlfriends to mentors.

People did not wanna believe that douche-bag Bizzle was a traumatized alter ego, the media and haters were trying so hard to spin the narrative that he was just a selfish cheating piece of crap.

And if you actually focus on what Justin says, he is often dropping hints or going on full-blown rants about how much he is reeling from trauma.

Looking back at the interview Justin did with Zane Lowe, he became emotional while talking about wanting to protect Billie Eilish. He said it stems from how, in the beginning, everyone told him they loved him, only for them to turn their backs on him in a second.

“Justin holds a lot of resentment from the people in his past life. Whenever he would hang out with someone who hurt him or used him, it always seemed to me as if he was brushing the facts under the rug because he didn’t wanna deal with those details.” —my source

Justin is in this era of his life and has been for the past few years, where he’s waking up to what he’s gone through. Maybe it’s repressed trauma or memories or maybe he’s finally ready to call people out.

Here’s what my source said:

“What TMZ reported is true. Justin was pissed off that Usher is acting like everything is fine between them and he thinks he’s fake that he came up to him at a party in front of everyone, thinking that Justin would feel pressure to fake things being okay.”

“I’m not sure if his anger at Usher is specifically about the time in his life where he was allegedly abused, but what I do know is that Justin has dodged Usher for a number of years now and Usher is pissed off about that, but knows that he and Justin aren’t on speaking terms so Justin was like ‘why is he trying to pretend that we’re cool right now’ when he came up to him at the party.”

Any sort of “faking it for the public” can send Justin off the rails btw. He will not for a second smile because it’s the socially correct thing to do.

He won’t even say hi to someone he can’t stand. Like, there is not an ounce of fakeness in him right now and he’s not willing to play nice for the press either. He just doesn’t care about how he appears in public… especially when it comes to the industry.

“Usher is still super close to Scooter, who Justin resents so that alone pisses Justin off.”

Basically, what my source is saying oh you’re cool with my enemies and thinking we’re all chill here but you never protected me from anyone or helped me.

Justin sees it as everyone tag-teamed up against him and he’s the only left dealing with the repercussions.

Also I’m being told from a different source that Justin is going around reportedly saying this about Usher: “he never protected me.”

From what exactly? Well, draw your own conclusions.

My source also said that Usher doesn’t want to be on the bad side of Justin, not because he’s scared of him, but because he knows that Justin has been taken advantage of by a lot of people in the industry, whether that was financially, emotionally, or in another sense.

“Usher wants to be on good terms with Justin, at least in the public eye,” my source said.

Ironically enough, the day after I was sent that… Usher’s friend Da Brat went on to say that what happened between them was an exaggeration and then went on to give a message to Justin… that kinda sounds like it came from Usher.

Here’s what the Da Brat said:

“He’s [Usher] been nothing but supportive of plenty of issues that Justin Bieber has had throughout the years and y’all can actually check the records for all that, he has been. Justin is on his own journey, dealing with his own reality that he’s created. Usher wishes him nothing but the best, and they have no hostility towards each other.”

Dealing with his own reality that he’s created… don’t get me wrong. Justin has been in the wrong multiple times and oftentimes is the one spearheading his own downfall. But the fact that Usher’s camp is saying this shows that they want to make it known that they don’t claim responsibility for anything.

“Because if anything comes out that showcases Justin as a victim… everyone around him is going to look like the bad guy,” my source said.

“They’ll want the beef squashed publicly and he’ll probably avoid dealing with Justin since he’s a loose cannon. He isolates himself though, so that won’t be hard.”

The story of Usher allegedly abusing Justin has been one I heard for almost a decade, and at the time, it was very hard for me to wrap my head around that. I also didn’t have any green light to post it because sources told me, “the general public is not ready to hear this yet.”

And as someone who always had to deal with thousands of comments, mainly comments about people freaking out over what we had to say, I completely understood what my sources meant.

And alas, time tells all! And boy, have we waited.

Justin having beef with Usher is on my 2026 bingo card, just like it was on my 2017 bingo card and so on.

While most people pointed the finger at Diddy, who met Justin through Usher, we have always looked at other people responsible for playing a role in Justin’s life.

He is finally in a place where he can accept what happened rather than pretend it didn’t and bottle up all his hate.

Justin has been slowly cutting people out of his life, most notably those from his past. Who do you guys think might be next?
