Why hate on Miley Cyrus, but praise Selena Gomez for the same thing?
I’m pretty sure we’ve all heard the Miley Cyrus vs. Selena Gomez comparisons and the whole “Miley is a slut” “Learn from Selena” comments, right? If Miley dresses in one way or does one thing, she gets shamed. If Selena does the same thing and dresses the same way, she gets called sexy, classy, and mature. Why?
We Can’t Stop vs. Spring Breakers is the best example I’m gonna set here. Spring Breakers was a movie about sex, drugs, and partying which stars four main girls—one of them being Selena.

Which one seems more… hmm… “R-rated” if you wanna put it that way? Obviously Spring Breakers since the entire movie is literally naked girls. So why is everyone hating on Miley Cyrus? I’m not saying Selena should get hate, but I’m talking about an obvious double standard here.
