We always spoke about the mind games that Selena plays on Justin which was a huge part of their toxic relationship. Many of Justin’s friends hate Selena for many reasons, the biggest one being the mind games. Even though we said it 400 times, I’m going to list an exact post dictating one of those times.
Lil Za
On June 22, 2014 - we spoke about the mind games that Selena plays on Justin and we stated that as part of the reason to why they reunited in June 2014.
After Selena leaves Justin again, one of Justin’s friends who hated Selena, Lil Za, threw some shade on the whole situation.
July 25, 2014 - Justin posts a video of Lil Za throwing shade saying: “And my girl she just was, she just was like ‘I can’t believe you, how dare you’ and then she’ll be like ‘I love you so much’ and then she blow up my phone.” He captioned the video with “When friends don’t give a shit about what u gotta say.”

The ongoing joke was that everyone would make fun of how Selena calls up Justin randomly like “I miss you” and then suddenly is out shading him the next day. That was the reason behind what Za was saying in the video and Justin is trolling himself saying “when friends don’t give a shit about what u gotta say” because Justin doesn’t give a shit since he wouldn’t listen to them.
Fast forward to 2015, and Justin releases “What Do You Mean?” which is all about a girl playing with his mind and changing up every second.

What he said is still relevant today. The main theme of Jelena’s reconciliations throughout the years (2013-2018), after their main breakup in 2012, was Selena playing with Justin’s heart by coming and leaving.
