Selena Gomez Owes Her Label A Lot Of Money

According to my source, Selena Gomez owes her label a lot of money and the reason isn’t just because her 3rd solo album, Rare tanked in sales.

A few months ago, my source told me that Selena owes her label a lot of money and that I should expect to see some Hailey/Selena drama whether that be an interaction or her shading Hailey, in order to start drama and get some rumors flowing. Why? Well this will be free publicity and promo for Selena. I was told this information on January 16th, 2020.

“Selena owes her label a lot of money so expect Selena/Hailey interactions for press and streams” -my source

And what happened a few months later? Selena’s friends are shading Hailey and calling her a snake.

Once again proving that the ESMG team is always right.

When I was first told these messages, I was like how are they even going to interact? What does she mean? And then we see the above happens. I love how specific my source is. Bless her.

Why Does She Owe Her Label Money?

My source says that Selena owes them money because of this documentary she was shooting. It’s a documentary that’s supposed to make people love her and relate with her again. You know, damage control… butter up the general public who’s starting to see through your repetitive interviews about your ex.

“….This documentary she’s shooting. It’s a whole ‘All American’ situation that’s going to make the general public love her.” -my source

Her label wants her to keep a certain narrative going where she can still be seen as “sweet” and “lovable” again. They want her to do more child/pre-teen related projects since Selena ain’t exactly hitting the target demographic that she wants.

Selena has always only appealed to little kids and they tried to market her towards a more adult audience with her PR with The Weeknd, but that failed as we saw with “Bad Liar,” “Fetish,” and whatever else forgetful song she released, that tumbled down the charts.

It’s all business.

I guess now it makes sense why she’s so obvious when it comes to her obsession with both her exes. She’s planning to release a documentary to make everyone forget how annoying she is. This documentary is supposed to show the “real” her ya know?

This Selena documentary has been in the works so I wonder when it will be released. And if it’s not released, then yikes… she owes her label even more money since no profit has been made.

I mean who’s getting paid with Rare’s tumbling sales?

You guys want to know why Selena is suing some random gaming company for $10 million? SHE NEEDS THE MONEY.

I wish my annoying ass revealed this information back in January when I got it since all of this would make more sense to you guys (and feed our credibility), but whatever.

A lot goes into record labels and their stars—they’re expected to make a profit. You can’t use the label’s money to record, promote, and blah blah, and then return no profit. You may risk getting dropped. It’s the same reason a movie won’t get a sequel if it fails to outgross its budget. How are people going to get paid? Cancel the whole project, ya know?

Does this mean Selena is broke?

NO.

A star on Selena’s level isn’t going to be broke because she doesn’t fund her own projects. That’s the point of a label—they fund your projects and you return profit if you do really good. With Selena releasing “Rare,” any money made from that has to fill a certain threshold until SHE starts making money.

For example, say the label spent $1 million on making the album. Their contract might state that Selena has to double that and then whatever else she makes, she can keep. So if the album generates $2 million, the label keeps that and whatever comes afterwards, goes to Selena. Again, this is just an example of how this works.

Of course Selena still has her OWN PERSONAL money. This is like when Miley Cyrus funded her “Dead Petz” era because her label RCA was like, we ain’t doing it for you. So she went and took matters in her own hands.

As for the case of Selena’s documentary, it took a lot of money from the label because you have to hire the camera crew, producers, directors, and all other expenses. Don’t forget whatever future deal they planned with a streaming company and all promotional aspects. That all goes into it.

Now all that’s left is to sit back and wait to see what other tricks Selena and her team use to try to get us to listen to her music.

Regarding the messy comment section where you guys are crying about me being “biased,” to be honest… keep crying. I simply stated what I was told. If you wanted a longer post, well sorry to break it to you, but length ain’t up to you. I ask WHAT you want to read and I decide what will be written based on what I know. You want me start fabricating stories because you like them lengthy??? Enough with the entitlement.

Here are the messages between my source and I.

All I’m saying is if Hailey interacts with Selena, I’m gonna start a hate blog for her.

By the way, those texts start going into Selena’s health condition which we already wrote about.

Leave your comments down below about what you think! I would love to watch a scripted documentary given to us by the Gomez team. What do you think will be faker? The documentary or its subject?

You can comment anonymously so take advantage of that! We will be replying back!
