Drama at the Golden Globes: Selena Gomez gossiping about Kylie Jenner + Timothée Chalamet, Suits cast doesn't have Meghan Markle's #, Taylor Swift joke, and more

Let’s talk about the main drama of the night… was Selena Gomez caught talking shit about Kylie Jenner to Taylor Swift & Keleigh Sperry about Timothée Chalamet?

Oh Selena, I can always count on you to be messy.

According to the now-viral clip, Selena was complaining to Taylor about wanting to take a photo with Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner saying NO.

At least that’s what people made of this clip where you can see Selena going up to Taylor to tell her some tea…

Apparently it was Timothee who told Selena NO:

Timothee is caught by a paparazzo who is down his throat questioning if he denied Selena a photo.

Notice how he dodges the question the entire time and then says a politically correct answer of “no” to the question if Kylie and Selena are feuding. But he doesn’t answer when asked if he denied Selena a photo which honestly makes me believe that the accusations were all right.

And tbh, yeah I don’t think Selena and Kylie have a feud. Selena is the one who has a one-sided feud with everyone and everything usually starts with her.

  • If she didn’t go comment and like hate videos on tiktok

  • If she didn’t go to gossip to Taylor with all the cameras

Apparently, Selena was telling Taylor about 2 of her friends who hooked up as you can see by her comment and her bestie’s reply under hers.

It’s not so fun when the gun is pointed at YOU, huh Selena?

Rumor or not, she was basking in the attention and glory of hate when she sent her rabid fans down a hating hole despite Hailey & Kylie clearing up the rumors, that didn’t stop Selena from commenting & liking and going on and on under all the hate tiktoks.

So the fact that she’s SCRAMBLING and she has her PR team replying, her besties replying, and now she’s replying, all it shows me is once again what we all assumed was the tea all along. Because again, why did Taylor’s bestie scream out Timothee’s name? Unless Timothee cheated on Kylie with Selena’s friend… now we’re talking.

I still think she’s full of sh!t and she’s scrambling because she got caught. That or she doesn’t like how it feels to be on the other end of a hate parade based on a rumor. What do you think?

The damage control is trying with Deuxmoi claiming that Meryl Streep & Martin Short are hooking up, something actively denied by both of their camps.

If this is true, then this is even worse for Selena because why are you actively gossiping about 2 highly respected actors at a prestiouge event like a 12 year old? I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy to hear of that. But fans are trying their hardest to explain what happened at the Golden Globes so I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s them sending info to Deuxmoi to deter from the drama.

And thanks to Taylor’s other best friend, Keleigh Sperry, she confirms the story when you can hear her say in shock right here… “WITH TIMOTHEE” out loud…

And who was Timothee’s date at the Golden Globes?

Kylie Jenner and the pair were all over each other all night.

I don’t think they knew that the ad breaks on the Golden Globes website was literally all them.

Now Selena and Timothee have worked with each other in the past… you know, on that controversial Woody Allen movie after all the allegations and worldwide takedown of Woody Allen… so that’s where they know each other.

And if it’s true that Kylie said no, then Selena shouldn’t be surprised considering all the drama that happened on TikTok in March 2023 where a screenshot of Hailey Bieber & Kylie on Facetime, went viral because it translated to them bullying Selena over eyebrows…

Only for Kylie to come out with a mascara and a month later and for Selena to use the drama to release an eyebrow gel.

People on Twitter didn’t seem to side with Selena with many accusing her of being the mean girl gossiping about Kylie Jenner at a prestigious party and even going as far as saying that she’s one of those girls who started a problem with you and then wants to pretend like she’s all nice and take photos, as if what happened didn’t go down…

You have to remember that aside from the Hailey Bieber vs. Selena Gomez train on Tiktok, Kylie was a target of a lot of the videos on which Selena would comment.

There was this one video calling both Kylie and Hailey, “despicable nepo babies”

in which this 1 creator ends the video accusing Kylie of being in the closet and tells her to come out, we know you’re struggling

and of course the only sane thing to do is comment “I love you” on the video right… because that’s what Selena did.

So I’m not shocked that if the story is true, Kylie didn’t want to pose with Selena or didn’t want Timothee posing with Selena.

And since this reflects badly on Selena because she looks childish as hell and like someone who likes trouble, her reps tell PEOPLE that she was “absolutely not gossiping about Timothee & Kylie.”

So why’d Keleigh Sperry scream “WITH TIMOTHEE” here?

Selena then ended the night by posting this photo of her and Benny Blanco kissing, captioning it on Instagram “I won” after losing her Golden Globes nomination.

Moving onto Kylie & Timothee…

Things seem to be heating up for them!

They look SMITTEN with each other and more importantly, Timothee looks smitten by her

Now we’ve told you in the past that for all those months that People Magazine, E! News, and whomever else was leaking news about them (ahem, Kris Jenner), they weren’t exclusive as Timothée was actively seeing other people… until he and Kylie became exclusive which is what they are now.

… you know, despite the reports of cheating.

Suits cast doesn’t have Meghan Markle’s phone number

The Suits cast was at the Golden Globes and they even presented an award together.

This was nostalgic for many Suits fans… I’m not one of them considering I don’t watch the show, but should I? Apparently, it’s a really good show!

Anyway… when asked about Meghan Markle, who as we know on this blog, would probably be desperate to attend the Golden Globes… one of her co-stars, Gina Torres, said she DOESN’T have Meghan’s phone number.

Now if you’re not familiar with Meghan and her drama, it’s a big thing that she dropped everyone in her life when they couldn’t benefit her anymore. She has a big rep for being a social climber who disposes of people and that’s why she had a hard time getting people to defend her for her Netflix show.

The Suits cast was also not invited to the evening reception of the royal wedding. They were only there for the part that was filmed and then they went to karaoke afterward.

And now look at them… Invited to the Golden Globes and Meghan is nowhere to be found (except maybe in those parking lots where she stages random photos).

Taylor Swift Joke

No one was happy with Jo Koy’s joke about Taylor Swift…

He said: “The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL? At the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift”

And Taylor was not amused:

And everyone else went on and on about how “Taylor Swift can’t ever get any respect!!! 😡😤”

Listen… Jo Koy is cringe as hell and I don’t care for him in the slightest (I didn’t know who he was before this joke), but the joke ain’t that deep.

I’m sorry but it’s not offensive in the slightest. Tay Tay ain’t some victim in the industry. Actually, I find it quite annoying that she was pissed off with the joke which was what? Oh yeah “we won’t have that many cameras on Taylor like there is at the NFL.”

Seriously? I’ve said more offensive and mean sh!t on this blog than that watered-down joke.

And it’s true… the cameras at Travis Kelce’s games got Taylor every 2 mins and the sports fans were pissed off because they want to see the game, not the pop star who was at the game.

BUT, that is the last time they should get someone as boring and cringe to host the Golden Globes. He didn’t make anyone laugh once.

He also made some penis jokes and an ozempic joke. Man, what? So I get that his Taylor joke is annoying, but I’m a little tired of the Internet’s reaction to it like it was a big deal. He took jabs at everyone… that’s what comedians (I use that word lightly), do.

Troian Bellisario and Patrick J. Adams talking about Demi Lovato at the Golden Globes

A cute and random moment was when Troian & Patrick were asked about listening to Taylor Swift and they said, actually Demi Lovato is big in their house and their 5-year-old loves Demi.

My favorite parts of the night:

  • Cillian Murphy wins for Oppenheimer — with his wife's lipstick on his nose

  • Jennifer Lawrence says she’ll leave if she doesn’t win #quirky back at it again

  • Ayo Edebiri’s speech and thanking assistants and everyone for putting up with her emails, it was so cute and wholesome

  • Billie Eilish wining for What Was I Made For… very well deserved. That song is crazy sad so I won’t be listening to it on the daily but it’s a solid piece of art

  • Kieran Culkin says he was dealing with indigestion and then told fellow nominee Pedro Pascal to "suck it” during his acceptance speech… finally personality is back at these shows

  • Kylie & Timothee being obsessed with each other… why are they kinda ship worthy?

  • Selena gossiping with Taylor (I love trouble and that lady IS trouble)

  • Pedro Pascal attending the red carpet with his arm in a sling
