That’s what I call a glo up. 

Throughout the years, Justin and Miley have always remained civil and good friends with no bad blood between them, despite those who have tried to break their friendship apart. 

Many of you have always questioned “Jiley” happening and while that is unlikely, you should know that they have always remained friends.
