Selena and Lorde.
I’m sorta sick of Selena’s transparent act about her “liking” Lorde so I’m just gonna address that.
Selena’s song Come & Get It is about waiting around for a guy to come get your…. vagina. Sounds like a hooker song right?
Well Lorde is a feminist. Let me tell you the defeintion of what a feminist is because unlike Selena who is extremely stupid, a feminist is not someone who is nice to other girls.
What is a feminist?
A feminist is a person who supports feminism and feminism is the advocacy of women’s rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to men. To dumb it out, a feminist is someone who thinks that women and men should be equal in all categories. Meaning, if a guy can show his nipples, a girl can as well. If a guy can vote, a girl can as well.
So OBVIOUSLY Lorde won’t like Come & Get It. because of its message of girls basically being a sex symbol. Nothing is wrong with not liking a song. People can have different opinions. Was Lorde being mean? No. Was she being shady? No. Was she being rude? No.
Next I see is
but… but…. SHE WASN’T DISSING YOU. SHE JUST SAID THAT SHE DOESN’T LIKE THE MESSAGE BEHIND YOUR SONG.
How does that translate to Lorde being mean to her and trashing her???? Selena really is stupid.
Not only that, but she thinks FEMINISM IS BEING NICE TO EACH OTHER.
I CAN’T BREATHE. SHE THINKS A FEMINIST IS SOMEONE SUPPORTING WOMEN.
If it’s anyone who trashed the other, it’s Selena who trashed Lorde by saying she’s not a good feminist, all because Lorde doesn’t like her song.
Sorry Selena but you don’t even know what a feminist is. Or talent. Or class.
Okay whatever. “Feud” is over.
But it’s not. Selena insists on bringing up Lorde in every damn interview acting as if she’s the reason America is the great nation it is. She literally thinks she’s a saint by saying the following
“Because in my opinion, it’s not feminism if you’re tearing down other artists.” NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR DAMN OPINION BECAUSE YOUR OPINION IS WRONG. THAT’S NOT WHAT FEMINISM MEANS YOU IDIOT.
Then she says that’s she doesn’t take what Lorde said to heart.
All she said was she doesn’t like your song.
Are you guys catching on to her fake act? No not her stupidity. The act. Just a couple weeks before, it was reported that Selena was mad at what Lorde said and she even said she’s not a good feminist and was mad that Lorde was hanging out with Taylor Swift. (Selena wasn’t present at Taylor Swift’s 24th birthday, but Lorde was. And no Selena wasn’t on tour than. Hey, maybe that’s why she’s reaching out to Demi?) And now all of the sudden Selena is praising her and saying she didn’t take what Lorde said to heart?
Riiiiight, that’s why you stopped covering Royals on tour. You totes didn’t take it to heart!

even though Lorde doesn’t have anything against Selena. She just doesn’t like her song.
So I really don’t understand why Selena is going around acting as if Lorde dragged her for a year and got her friends to drag her on Twitter like someone we know did. But instead, Selena got bitter and stopped covering her song, and is now praising her after the whole world (well maybe not the whole world since most people don’t know who Selena Gomez is) found out she was BITTER that she’s friends with Taylor and she doesn’t like her because Lorde doesn’t like her song. Real mature and classy Sel! Her fans are going around talking about how classy Selena is for saying those oh so nice things about Lorde as if her being bitter before never happened.
But I’ll tell you why the sudden change of heart and why Selena is going around acting as if she wasn’t mad at Lorde to begin with.
You see, Lorde is the new girl in the industry. She’s new, young, different, original, and popular. Selena doesn’t want to be seen trashing this new, young, different, original, and popular girl. I mean she just came onto the music scene and won 2 Grammys. Do you know how many artists struggled for a Grammy??? A lot. I mean take it from Taylor. Lorde “bashed” Taylor and Taylor went and became best friends with her because she wants a collaboration with the new hot thing in Hollywood. This isn’t a first time Selena takes a page from Taylor’s notebook. (Shading was the first thing that came to mind).
So that’s basically it.
Selena should really stop going around acting like Lorde disliking her song didn’t make her fume because it just makes her look like a fake. Whoops, too late at that huh Sel? (remember everything else I exposed).
